I hope to meet new players and to train them to hopefully become better. However there are sometimes minges around the server that need to keep controlled. I'm hoping to help others that are in need of asking questions, and if I don't know the specific answer I can always ask a higher up on the server just in case and if there is not a higher up present, I will always answer that question to the best of my ability. I did pass the other application, however i failed the voice interview but once this application gets accepted, ill be ready to try the voice interview again, hopefully with enough prep though. Since that I am an ODST Commander and a Air Force Pilot, I need to be role-playing around the time by 60% and to be on duty by 40%. When other Moderators are not present I will become on duty so that I can check if there is something going wrong with others. If there is somebody minging around the server or at the start of their recruit, I will gladly give them a warning and if they continue to minge I will bring the other upper higher staff that are on and they will decide whether they will get kicked or not. FailRP is also a bad thing that i have been also hearing as well, if something already happened or if its not Lore Friendly or Semi-Lore Friendly that will be a problem. In conclusion, I want this community to become the best it can be. I want to keep it Lore Friendly / Semi-Lore Friendly as possible. I want to make this community a peaceful and accepting server. But most of all I want to keep my main character Hunter (as he almost represents me) alive and to retire after the undecided war with Cortana.
